An absolutely impeccable stay. Perfectly situated to explore with some great pubs around. The pictures don't do this place justice at all and the breakfasts cooked by Suzy were out of this world. Most comfortable night's sleep I've ever had away from home and every single detail of the potting shed and pool house were unbeatable. Fabulous location, stunning cottage and wonderful hosts! Nothing was too much trouble, from helping me with a local run route, to setting us up for dinner in the evenings, lighting the fire and serving drinks. If you’re a sports fan then the pool room is perfect, sky sports is available and drinks a plenty. With the hot tub just next door it’s the perfect combo for relaxing and enjoying sport. The pool looked lovely, though not available this early in the season. However gives me the perfect excuse to return. Local produce for breakfast was delicious, and varied. None of your boring cereals but croissants, baked goods, fresh fruit compotes, good ham and smoked salmon just some of the things on offer. So a huge thank you to Suzy and Neil for being excellent hosts. I look forward to returning again.
