I had a fairly simple job to do, so I asked John to come help me perform the work, with full compensation, instead of handing it off to him. He was incredibly accommodating, and more than happy to help share knowledge, so I could perform this particular job myself in the future. He said he was pleased to see someone was interested in the trade! Such a refreshing attitude after being bluntly turned away by other repair providers in the area.
