One of the best GP in SW London. Friendly and helpful staff including the reception ! To those complaining, go to Croydon and register yourself here… you will see what a 1 star really is…

Horrendous place. Asked me to submit a test sample, which I did so on 27th April. I was told the doctor would call me with results by 4th May. Noone called me. I called the clinic on 12th May and I was told 'the results are not back, I will call the lab and call you back today'. Once again, that was a lie and noone even rang me. Leave the patient worrying, with zero information and don't do what you say you will do repeatedly, why not!!!

This is the best GP practice in the area. They have a lot of staff, an online app for consultations and rapid turnaround. As a working mother of young children, I use their service a lot and cannot fault them. They are continuously striving to improve and the leadership is dedicated.

I've been a patient for over 12 years. Although they are friendly, you'll be lucky to get an appointment. I'm definitely leaving them now.

Impossible to get an appt with a GP with only token phone calls being offered by ‘clinicians’. The Practice has gone downhill ever since they adopted an app for contact. Very impersonal and useless.

Posting this as I was swayed to register here by the positive reviews, so am doing this in case useful to anyone else making this decision. I'm definitely not seeing evidence of a 5 star rating thus far, but not horrible ineptness so far, just the lack of consistent communication and disorganisation (workload related am guessing) that can be a feature of GP practices. Phone up three days in a row to get medication, three different answers to the problem, with two promises to call me back which never happened. Two of the three receptionists I spoke to were nice enough. Separately, Doc said she would send a referral after an appointment, which I checked on 4 weeks after the appointment and hadn't been done. Nothing awful, just general low-key crumminess that makes you frustrated. Seems from other reviews that the practice has taken a turn for the worse this year - I do wish I had registered somewhere else.

Is this the most unreliable GP service in the area? This morning my grandson's appointment was CANCELLED and not for the first time. Who has ever had a GP appointment cancelled? He needs that appointment. More stress for his parents whose working day has been disrupted with nothing to show for it.
