Really poor experience of this company. The 2 stars is well deserved. Taxi late to arrive, then driven too fast to destination. The worst was the return journey. Taxi booked for midnight, then a call at 11.30 to say it had broken down and there was nothing they could do leaving us completely stuck. I'm not sure if they run more than 2 cars to be honest.

Booked taxi specifically said park road in Tunbridge wells not in Southborough. waited Outside for my taxi. taxi phoned to ask where I was , had to phone office and they were not helpful and very sarcastic and said he had no other drivers available this was putting me late for my appointment because of the incompetence in there office giving the driver the incorrect details. Just argued with me and said I would have to wait for the driver who was in Southborough during peak traffic so that was going to make me even more late . Luckily another taxi had turned up and was really apologetic. This mess up made me late for my appointment by nearly 20 mins and also the guy in the office had lied to me about no cars been available it was a joke
