Be very careful of this company, I purchased a hoody with "university of Warwick" on to celebrate my graduation. The item was lovely but after the first wear the stitching on the front pocket began to come away. I thought this would be a very simple situation to resolve however after contacting the seller I was informed that they did not accept returns after 30 days so I was stuck with the faulty goods. I was happy to accept a replacement or repair as per the consumer rights act 2015 but they seem to believe their returns policy trump's this, I was offered a 25% of a future purchase which isn't really acceptable. They now appear to have cut off communication with me so I'm left with no option but to go to trading standards.
