In general nice real estate agents but they represent very unpleasant landlords and do little to mediate things fairly as property managers. Watch out for your tenancy deposits in Hoola - they will try retain as much as they can. I never had a deposit retained and with Strawberry Star/ Spin Success Investments they tried to claim every single thing as not fair wear and tear. Folks that work in the actual Hoola building are however lovely people!
