Extremely poor customer service, spoke to them on one occasion. Got a response showing interest in a local story, I was told I would get a response but then ignored. Messages read and not replied to. At least have the courtesy to decline any interest. I contacted them through Instagram. In regards to a convention. Extremely unprofessional to not even respond
