I completely agree with the other reviews stating that this practice should get 0 stars. I never wanted to sign on with them initially but due to where I live, I was left with no choice. The general attitude towards patients healthcare is disgusting and it's clear that some of the GPs are in entirely the wrong profession as they simply do not care. After reading some of the other reviews, I am appalled by the service that myself and other patients are getting. If you want to waste your time essentially being told to fix yourself, then this is the right place. If you have genuine concerns and symptoms that need addressing, then do not waste your time or effort. The only message I have for this practice is do better.

Having been registered as housebound with my previous GP since 2016, Strawberry Hill took it upon themselves to revoke my housebound status with absolutely no warning. I have severe nerve damage, can't walk, have chronic pain and an clinically vulnerable, I depend on the district nurses for blood tests and can no longer get them because SH has decided that since I'm not comatose I can magically walk and have no health issues. Disgraceful.

Several years of issues here ever since my doctors moved from Northcroft. I was told my phone appointment was at 8:30am, i have been up waiting after 2 hours i go to the loo and get a phone call Voicemail say please get in touch so i do. I am them told it will be another week before they can get back to me i have been trying to resolve this health problem for over 6 months now and i have not see a doctor yet. what the hell is going on at this surgery ?
