We decided to visit here on a Sunday as we fancied a roast and had never been here before. We always go to Toby. We were met by a male who showed us to our seats who came across very rude. We asked him if all Beefeaters have the vehicle registration machine and he replied I am only human I am only here (makes no sense as he could have worked in other restaurants). The service was quick considering it was a Sunday at 1800 hours but the food was cold. We asked for additional gravy thinking we could pour that over it to warm the food up but that was cold as well. Will definitely not go back there, we’ll stick to Toby
