£145 for a single tier cake with a figure on. The figure was significantly bigger than requested and was wobbling when they got it out of the fridge. They stated that they got carried away as the reason for its size. The figure didn’t even remain upright for the journey home. We only asked for advice on what we could do but the figure had no chance due to it being too big. The lady at the shop stopped emailing back when we asked for some advice and just said she didn’t know what to suggest. We had to remove the figure and buy flowers from the shop to cover the holes the figure left. The cake tasted good but the customer service was poor and as she had our money, seemed not to care, clearly not as skilled as others when designing figures. We haven’t asked for a refund nor would we but this was the worst experience that we have had.

We've had cakes from Jeaneine before, but we had a wedding cake for our wedding on Sunday and wow! We asked for a light and fluffy chocolate cake and sent a photo from Google images. The cake looked way better than the photo we sent, and it tastes absolutely amazing! Thank you very much 😊

Strawberry Cupcakes from start to finish we’re amazing! They gave us plenty on testers to try before we committed to our wedding cake. But the decision was easy to chose them but hard to chose the flavour for each tier! They were all too bloody lovely!! All of our guests commented on the cake ‘best cake I’ve ever tried’. My wife and I were very pleasantly surprised at how good our wedding cake was; our guests loved it too! Jeaniene was very patient with us chopping and changing our cake plans a few times. In the end, we shared a photo of a wedding cake we had seen with her and my wife was amazed to see how it looked exactly the same! Would definitely recommend for wedding cakes :-)
