Having been less than impressed with the service received from several High Street chains and being very overdue an eye test and new glasses I decided to try an independent opticians and made an appointment at Strattons. What a difference! I received an extremely thorough sight test and full examination, all carried out in the privacy of the consulting room. I was reassured over several concerns I had and everything was explained clearly. When I went out to choose my glasses, I was not rushed and I was helped in making my decision from the huge range of frames they have. Very professional and thorough but with that personal and caring touch too, highly recommended and I really like my new glasses I have just collected!
