Sold my car to bmw stratstone on the 5th of may and two weeks later still no payment. They Will not take calls , not reply to emails and we have been forced to drive to the showroom twice and still they have not transferred the payment of a not insignificant amount of money! We have had no choice but to lodge a police complaint today as they don’t know where the car is and they have not paid an agreed price on the signed for invoice. Paul edge guaranteed same day payment on Tuesday 10 days after we sold the car to them . it’s now Friday and we have drove back to the dealership and still can’t get an answer. We have Lodged a complaint with head office and no reply from them on email and after calling they hung up the phone this morning after 45 mins on hold with the operator. Never can you imagine a main dealer to be this bad and dishonest. My car or my money would be appreciated if you can sort whatever you are doing out !!
