I inquired about a BMW approved car on the website on May 8th and paid a deposit. I made an appointment at BMW Doncaster to see the car for a test drive. I spent 3 hours looking at the car. I couldn’t sign the car and buy it immediately because of system problems, sales said he will ask me to pay by email on Tuesday, and on Tuesday he told me that the car was bought by someone else? I can't believe this happened to BMW, I asked him to provide proof that someone else bought it, and he couldn't provide it. The reasons are totally unacceptable. Because it took nearly a week from paying the deposit to seeing the car, it was a very serious mistake not to be able to confirm whether the car could be sold. The whole process makes me very unpleasant and angry.
