Hostile - entrance and no greeting, just WHAT DP YOU WANT attitude 😞 Intimidating at times especially LUNCH TIME appointments when no management and LESS STAFF or when Busy, performance of staff drops and hostility increases. When patient and fed and Happy 😀 Staff are very good, helpful, caring, as most have been through the system and hardship, but NEW staff are used at Crucial Front Line positions/roles and mainly the Technology is rubbish.

Majority are rude staff with an aggressive manner who always think they are right, even when they are not. Belittling others when they speak and refuse to hear you out. Lateness and wasting time is an issue here. An overall very unprofessional environment.

As others have mentioned, while some are polite and helpful the vast majority are not. Appointments cancelled at the last second without any notice. Deduction of payments made without any sort of notice, you are an inconvenience to the staff at best. Shameful

While some staff have been polite and helpful, which I appreciate, there have been one too many incidents where I haven't been told that the agent I've been scheduled to meet will be late - or not attending at all! - until I have been waiting quite a while for them to appear. Judging by previous reviews, I'm not the only one who has experienced this. It's honestly quite rude and unprofessional for our time to be wasted in this way.
