These guys really know their stuff. Darren took the time to find out exactly what I needed and advised / explained everything and the options available. His attention to the fine details was amazing. 100% recommended. Even when I had a problem with a rim that was not of their making, Strada had the care, patience and persistence to resolve it to my satisfaction even though a lot of time had elapsed. These guys are the genuine article. If you want confidence in in your wheels, buy them from Strada full stop 😊👍🏻

Disappointed in the lack of communication. Paid for a set of wheels costing over £550 for my custom build which I've heard nothing about even after trying to contact Strada Wheels multiple times via email and phone. I've had to contact my bank about this as I've heard nothing even after 3 months from order confirmation.

I have a felt 9 from 2012 and the original wheels, brakes and drive chain were getting tired. I don’t pretend to know much about bikes. So I leave it to the experts. Here Darren and Mikey really know Bikes and wheels and the advice is priceless. I have had them make me 5 wheels now and for new brakes and drive train. I thought I knew what I wanted, but was sat down and sent on a different path. I’m so glad that they did this as I’m so happy with the final product I’m super happy with the results several months later and using my bike so much more now. Super knowledgeable guys here, you can’t go wrong.

Once again, Strada have been first class. I needed to get some wheels serviced, and Darren couldn't have been more helpful in discussing the options available to me, as well as giving time & advice on other areas, such as tyres, discs and giving tips on fitting a cassette. The wheels felt so much better after the service, and I can't recommend Strada enough.
