If I could give them zero stars I would. I had a child matters case, Rachel Darell my solicitor was awful. It would at times take weeks for her to get back to me, she go on annual leave without keeping me updated and I constantly had to speak to the firm partners in order to get a response from her. She seemed keen to get rid of my case and move onto the next one than fight for me, more often than not she seemed to fight for the other sides case! The barrister she also recommended was useless and did not even do anything in the finding of fact hearing. I was very unhappy with the end result and emailed her for advice but she never got back to me, clearly she was done with my case and didn’t want to help any further. Completely disgusting service and the extortionate prices do not justify the work done. Avoid for children matters!
