The fitters Lewis and Brandon fit the wood burner today they were excellent, neat and tidy, demonstrated the fire and fully explained how to maintain it. Previously posted as one star. Since learnt a virus had struck, halving their available team and ability to respond to clients. After several day wait, finally received apologetic phone call. 24 hours later a visit and our stove issues (loose top plate and sticking secondary air control resolved).
