This company has good prices but atrocious service one star too much. I ordered on 3rd November in belief my order was on the lorry on its way to UK. I lined up a stove fitter liner kits hearth etc at considerable expense only for them to unannouncedly cancelling my order. I tried to reason with them to keep the order but they cancelled it regardless and its only by contacting Jotul UK that I have a replacement otherwise it would be post Christmas! Their MD James Turner does not respond to or return calls, sales staff Richard & Ian are dishonest telling Jotul I had initiated the cancellation. Don't deal with this company....pooor poor poor

Purchased stove from this company promised delivery in 2 weeks nothing, Communication poor James Turner does not answer phone calls and cancelled order without my permission Mr Bright (not very bright) also lied to Jotul saying I had cancelled the order truth is they could not supply. Buyer beware "caveat emptor" Poor poor service go to Stoves Direct

Very poor experience with Stoves Supermarket. Emailed with a list of products needed over 2 weeks before Christmas, one part was not on their website so wanted to email first to check if they could supply everything. No reply within 5 days so decided to order the bits they did show in stock on their website on next day delivery. No delivery turned up the next day ( I was not overly bothered it was now a little over a week before Christmas and people are busy.) After no delivery the day after I called them on the third day. I was then informed that one of the products was out of stock and the website has an error (even though they are still showing in stock now, nearly 4 weeks later). I then said OK, refund me that but when will the other bits be here. I was then informed they hadn't even sent them! I asked why not and what happened to next day delivery and all I got was 'the warehouse are busy and didn't tell us'. This was now the 22nd December. He then promised they would be sent out that day for delivery on the 23rd - you guessed it they were not. Called on the 24th but they were closed. In the end they sent out the parcel after New Year on their return! I am sure they will blame Christmas and COVID but this has nothing to do with either. It is just terrible communication, poor service and a general lack of respect for their customers. (for reference I called someone else on the 23rd for the part that Stoves Supermarket didn't have and it was sent out same day and recieved on the 24th.). Avoid at all costs.

I bought one of the Lifestyle Signa Steel Firebaskets from Stove Supermarket and the service from start to finish has been excellent. The product is great value and arrived on time with no hassle. I had a couple of questions about a log burner that I’m looking to get for my cabin and the team were really helpful. No hard sell and answered all my questions. Recommended.

Very happy to sell me a £1k+ Jotul stove but when it had problems and a manufacturing fault and needed a new part or replacement they stopped returning my calls. Promised they’d contact Jotul to help but then disappeared and strangely they stopped answering my calls. I left multiple messages to follow up but had no reply. Cowboys, not to be trusted. Best to use a local firm with a local reputation they care about and not an online anonymous store that saves you £10 but has no desire to fix problems once they’ve had your cash

Ordered a Glass front for a buckingham burner, shippings 5.99, all this on 3rd Dec, I know it's 6th, but not had any communication on a sending date or whether they have one in stock, I think sales/customer service is lacking in communication, I'm wanting one in a hurry, as I see this business is local.. Nice website, nice equipment, not nice in communication... Update: item arrived 2 days after the follow up call to find out where the order is, they said it wasn't in stock...
