Really good service . I got a lot of help and advice from the stove shop never having had a log burner before . The stove was ordered and arrived and all installed on the agreed date. The Stove Shop worked with my builder who did some pre fitting work all good. Both the fitters were great very tidy friendly and helpfull. I would certainly recommend this company. THANKYOU

Complete waste of space! I tried to contact them for advice as their shop was closed and their website was not working. When I eventually spoke over the phone I described what I wanted they were not listening and kept tying to sell me a completely different type of stove. Eventually they started to tell me I should try another stove supplier - at that point I put the phone down. Al least I know why they have so many terrible ratings.
