Hello Lara , I just thought I would send you a message to say we have our lovely new fire lit this evening in our Mudeford Holiday home and it’s perfect ! It looks great in the space and has made the room really warm and cosy with no faffing ! Delivery all worked perfectly and believe me with the amount of stuff we have ordered recently to furnish the house it’s amazing how many companies are pretty hopeless on keeping to delivery dates !

I bought and had installed two stoves with this company. Installers both times were very nice and diligent, sorting out a few teething difficulties along the way. However, the second installation - and this is absolutely no fault of the company's chosen sub-contractor - turned into an expensive nightmare. I ended up needing to spend a large sum of extra money to have the stove properly installed. Andrew at The Stove House - astonishingly - repeatedly blamed me for the problem, and when questioned on it, and asked to put it right, just doubled down with the same excuses. Subsequently I had four independent professionals analyse the situation. All agreed the installation was inadequate. And against the recommendations of both HETAS and the stove manufacturer. Again, not the installers fault. They were just following Andrew's specifications. I like to use local commerce, but this second installation was a very poor experience. I have no idea why he choose to be like that but word in the district tends to bear my opinion out. Caveat emptor.

The Stove House Showroom installed a modern compact log burner in my lounge recently and with winter now fully on us, it’s proven to be an excellent comfort these cold days and nights. The team that fitted the log burner were efficient, tidy and friendly and created a perfect mantle piece surround for it. I have no hesitation in highly recommending The Stove House Showroom.

Both Lara and Andrew were very friendly, helpful and informative on the two occasions we visited the shop before deciding to proceed with the installation. The whole process was very professional. Andrew came to the house on time and explained all the options and the updated quotation arrived that day. The installation of the Wood Burner was on the dates the times agreed and Ben was very tidy and conscientious throughout the installation process.
