    If I could leave no stars I would. Absolutely shocking company. Has major issues for nearly two years with this company. Very quick to demand money from you but not quick to react to their own mistakes. Happy to add payment charges to your account when you try and pay and they can’t take payment. Promise to return calls and never do. Take weeks to reply to email with different excuses every time. Sent them meter readings and never used them always did their own estimates 🤯 Took them to the ombudsman and still didn’t comply with the remedy in time which was stated. The stress they have caused is unbelievable and the amount phone calls I can’t even keep track. STAY WELL AWAY !!

    Shocking company just finished arguing with them after nearly 12 months about my readings picture after picture was sent but still, they refused and told me it was not correct, then it got sent to collection thanks to them we finally got it sorted. Will be changing supplier at the end of my contract. Don't bother guys unless you are a fighter.

    The worst company you could ever deal with. Staff are very rude and unhelpful, and their billing is inaccurate. Check every details on your invoice to avoid being charged extra. They charged me a late payment charge of £70 when I was paying on time by DD. On another occasion they sent me a bill in the excess of £19,000, and it took months to resolve.

    18 months fighting for the right bills send meter readings contacting them through email and phone calls we r a small business bills they want are 8.000 pound we had someone yesterday coming to the business trying to break in they had a warrant we had no alternative to pay 1700 pounds otherwise they would of cut electric and gas supply and they made us send direct debit details to set up monthly cost they want 806 pound for electric and they want 806 pound for gas this month next month and the month after they want 2200 for electric and 1900 for gas absolute disgusting we don't have anything gas. It's absolute disgusting I have been suffering from cancer for last 12 months and my hubby has now found out he also has cancer. I can't believe the stress we under through this horrible company I can't believe they can continue to trade. I can't see way out of this bloody terrible.

    Awful awful awful company!! I can not even begin to explain what we have been dealing with for over 2 years now and still no refund of over £2k which they accepted they were wrong to charge. Staff know nothing and there’s no way to get through to anyone. I’ve never in my experience seen a company run any worse than Yorkshire gas and power. I’m certain this company is bound to fail due to how shocking bad their system and service is.

    Breach of license in supplying a residential dwelling when not licensed to. Fraud - keeping money from a government scheme under my name when you didn’t supply. Coercion - trying to tie me to paying a final fee but not giving the final figure but making me sign to say I’d basically pay anything. Trying to disconnect a property you don’t supply and when a vulnerable household (2 blind boys). When I accepted a settlement figure you then wouldn’t settle. Dispute resolution is awful as is the complaints process. Director of operations won’t reply. Harassment via phone and email. Truly abhorrent company - off to the ombudsman and action fraud.

    I received a bill for over £2,000 for a period of 15th August to 7th November 22. Absolutely unreal, they said because I was out of contract, but I had not even signed one as I moved into my office in the August. I called and said I did not receive anything from them to introduce them as my supplier. After alot of back and forth they now have it down to £407.00. Companies should not be allowed to do this it is like pick a number! Now I have sorted out a payment plan to clear this, I am getting threatening debt collection agency letters

    Stay away from thesethey are dreadful customer service is terrible haven't got a clue about billing and just rip you off they mis sell contracts with promise of a smart meter within 6 months been with them 2 year now and won't let me leave even tho they told me I could leave with no charges because of the poor service I received really really bad stay well away I would give them minus ratings but can't lowest I can go is 1 star they don't deserve that 1 star just stay well away
