Got let down by a bad installation. Asked for a new front to be made as the rear holding surround on our stovax studio 1 as not a standard size ' poor factory quality ' not willing to help although I'm happy to pay. Don't buy here unwilling and unhelpful

I had a Stovax professional flue fitted to my new contura log burner on the 26/11/2022 2 days later a large chunk of pain fell off the flue i reported this to the retailer who advised this is a common fault with Stovax flues and it would need changing As I inspected the flue further you can clearly see how thin the paint is in places It seems paying extra for the supposed best doesn't pay off Very disappointed
