Very helpful staff, they go beyond what's expected of them. There was a trilogy my daughter wanted to read and first two books were unavailable. When I asked about it they said they'll try and order them to complete the set. And they did! My child loved the books and I am so grateful. Only true book lovers can understand the frustration of not having the entire story. So grateful for the service and the work they do to support children.

Visited for an Easter craft session, staff very helpful and encouraging, wish the sensory items were all available having been removed during covid times. Book selection can often run low due to the amount of users in the area but generally books are in good condition. We visit on a weekly basis.
