Five star review for a 5 star service. Bought our son's first car from Stourbridge Autos a couple of months ago. Freshly mot'd with all repair work and advisories completed. We had problems with sat nav, which we did our best to resolve ourselves, without any luck. Called Tom, he asked us to bring the car in so he could take a look. He then proceeded to change various parts within the sat nav system to solve the issue. After spending almost 2 hours trying various fixes, he resolved the issue. Nothing was too much trouble, I commend this business for their commitment to doing the right thing by their customers and not giving up on solving a problem. I could not be more impressed with their high levels of customer service. Thanks guys, superb experience all round!

Brought a car from Stourbridge autos, got home and a light came on the dashboard, rang Tom and Mike to see if they could sort it out. It was on a bank holiday weekend. They said mechanics off until the following week and the mechanic will sort it and true to the word they did. Dropped it off in the morning and they gave me a courtesy car while my car was being fixed. Now all perfect.. brilliant customer service. I’d recommEnd friends and family.

We recently purchased a car from Stourbridge Autos. After purchase there were some issues with the car. We contacted Stourbridge autos and were advised to bring the vehicle in for them to look at it. From start to finsh , everyone we had contact with , behaved exceptionally. The issues were resolved quickly with no inconvenience to us . We were loaned a vehicle whilst ours was repaired and they were also kind enough to deliver ours back to us. We would feel happy to do business with Stourbridge Autos in the future. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THESE CROOKS I purchased a van through oodle in April last year. This vehicle was found by oddle and purchased from Stourbridge autos. After just under 3 months the engine went in this van. I had done about 7k miles equivalent to 76 miles per day. With the complete rebuild of the engine and hire or another van I was over £6000 out of pocket. The van is still breaking down to this day, the fuel pump went before Xmas and is expected to cost me another £800-£1000. So since April I have had a van I have been able to use for around 4 months tops and with repairs, recovery and other costs has cost me around 10k.
