I booked my BMW 2 series in for an oil change and brake fluid change. After I had left the car with them a very helpful chap called to say that the oil change wasn’t actually required for another 3 months. They could have easily kept quiet, done the oil change as well as the brake fluid and made more money, but instead were happy to let me choose to come back to them in 3 months. Which I will.
