I went this afternoon, primarily for advice: after not being able to get appt at docs (I'd been trying all week) Very chesty cough and feeling rotten, spending quite some time tryna sleep sitting up. I was greeted by lovely reception lady, after having been guided in by a super helpful security guy. Fortunately it was quiet, so I was seen quite soon. Lovely ACP called Judy. Thorough, pleasant and utterly professional. I left with a diagnosis and meds. Apparently what I though was a virus, turned out to be a chest infection. So I felt justified in my visit. A positive experience and a big thankyou to all at the centre today.

Even though I turned up rather late in the day, I was seen within 20 minutes by a lovely medical practitioner called Eileen. All of my concerns and questions were professionally and thoroughly addressed. Thank you to the team too.

I arrived around 10:15am and was seen to at around 12:00pm. Couldn't get a GP appointment so came into the centre. The lovely receptionist helped me know where I needed to go and what I had to do. The doctor who saw me, I think her name was Joy, was lovely and she took her time to have a chat with me and calm my nerves, even when they were extremely busy :)
