My son has been training with Amir since the age of 4 years (now almost 9). He has learnt discipline, skills and technique. Amir has been a fantastic coach and my son has a lot of respect for him, which is why many years later we are still attending. Amir and Lucy together balances the gym just right with there different personalities. I cant highly recommend them enough.

Had fun, but finding it hard due to me being really unfit and inflexible. The trainer's are good, very motivating and push me to 'my limit' and are encouraging even when I get the punches and kicks wrong. I will be going back and will sign up to their membership scheme!
