My experience of Storm Windows has not been wholly satisfactory. The purpose of this installation was to prevent condensation in the windows. Although the installation was neat and professionally done the problem is still with us. We were informed to wait until the heating is operational, it now is and the problem remains. The whole point of the installation was to prevent condensation as such this expensive exercise has been a failure.
