Used storm buggies for the first time a few years back. Brought my son the 16” electric balance bike, been a fantastic bike and never let him done apart from a puncture from him skidding. Just purchased a second bike for my other son. Who is very excited to get out on it. Customer service is very good and helpful when needed. It’s nice to have a company who puts your needs first. Bought an Electric Quad from these guys. They are based about an hour away from me but I would rather have a look at something like this before I buy it. We drove over and the staff were polite and knowledgeable, we bought the safety equipment required from them aswell as the quality was good and reasonably priced. I chose to collect and build the quad myself which was very easy. The quad went down a 'Storm' as a birthday gift for a very happy 5 Year old. Would definitely recommend this company and their products.

Fantastic company to deal with, customer service is outstanding. Storm Buggies always reply to my emails super quick and are so helpful. I ordered the 48v electric quad for my daughter and I am blown away by how strong and sturdy this quad bike is. On our first run out the battery lasted 2 and a half hours which is excellent for child's quad. This was on the lowest speed and on a flat area. The battery would drain a little quicker if you had it at a higher speed. The fast speed on this is seriously fast for any older more confident riders. We paid extra for the pre build service for our quad and they even charged the battery up to full for us which I was so grateful for as my daughter wanted to ride it as soon as she saw it. We also bought the helmet, gloves and suit package which was great value for money and again these are all excellent quality. I am so happy with this quad that I will be buying another in green for my little boy in a few weeks once we have made room in the shed to store it. Thank you so much to everyone at storm buggies!!
