A lady at the reception, who is black lady( because she refused to give me her name) has been rude at multiple times to me, I think she should not treat people like this, especially pregnant women who is in their most sensitive mood. When i visited the centre she was very rude and arrogant, verbally and the way she showing attitude, never gave me enough information, and then today I called up to find out just some information, she was rude again, and I asked her name just to be sure that i had the right information if anything goes wrong I can confirm that the person gave me that information but she just refused and verbally rude and hang up the phone on me. This is the second time I have been very upset about this lady, i can ofcourse recognise her voice, even she did not tell me her name, thats why I am describing its a black lady. I believe the reception consultant should be friendly, make the patients welcome( not to be upset, or make them feel angry and sad) providing enough information, thats all what I wanted. Centre team should consider this matter very seriously, I strongly believe that there are many pregnant women who felt down because of her action. She should not speak or treat people like the way she does.
