Awful experience. They cancelled my return last minute twice, and once they brought my stuff a suitcase was missing, which took another couple of days to be delivered. Definitely I do not recommend them.

Very poor experience. Very unprofessional, irresponsible and disrespectful. The staffs did not arrive at all at the designated location during my booked and confirmed slot to return my stored items without any prior notice, and made me waited for more than thirteen hours (literally a whole day form 9AM to about 10 PM) for nothing! I already submitted a complaint about this issue.

Initial experience was good. However they lost an item that was fairly expensive. I filed a missing item claim in November and have had to chase them endlessly to no avail. They said my claim was approved and payment would be made in January but I have not received it yet. I try to call and follow up by email but they don’t respond and lately don’t even pick up the phone. I tried to be patient before posting this review but it has been truly horrible service.

It is a scam! They take your things and then request obscene money for them to return it. Worst service I ever experienced. I wanted to save myself some hassle and all I got was stress every step of the way. Do not bother, save yourself some money and hassle and move the items yourself. Throughout the process I was lied to multiple times, I was not able to get into contact with the customer service for days at a time and to get the items back I was asked to pay obscene amounts of money. Do NOT go with this company. Items were also lost.
