My experience at Store Away has been wonderful; I had no trouble reserving the unit I wanted and getting in and out of the building was quite easy using the app on my phone. The staff at the desk are incredibly friendly and helpful, and they did their utmost to address all of my questions. Being a student in Birmingham, it's great for me to have my belongings in the heart of the city and so easy to access. Although you can request after-hours access if necessary because of their round-the-clock security, their access hours worked well for me. The security team are polite and approachable. I would definitely recommend for students who are looking for storage whilst they’re away. Good job, guys!
