Not sure why there are so many good reviews… but to me, it’s the worse optician store I’ve ever visited. I had the eye test here. After the eye test, without any detail explanation on my test result, they just keep asking me to buy a new glasses. And they’re even ridiculously said that it is so dangerous for me to go out on the street as my myopia is increased by 0.5 diopters in my right eye… And I’ve told them I use 90% of my time with computer during work which have the VDU needs. And once I said I’m not buying the glasses here, they just said I’ve ticked you don’t have VDU needs. No matter how, you have to buy it right now as your company is not going to pay for your glasses. I hope I’ve never been to this store and really want to give them 0 stars review.

I have been a longstanding customer and have always been looked after with outstanding care and expertise, especially given the complexity of issues I have had over the years, incl. cataracts that were diagnosed here. Any concerns are addressed with time and thoroughness so reassuring when there seems to be a pop up glasses shop on every corner. Front of store service is personal and professional. Another 5* review with every other review being at this level is extraordinary and says it all. Thank you!

It's just the best service I've ever had. Not just good quality specs, done well and on time. But above-and-beyond stuff too. High speed delivery of some specialty specs so I could go on a trip--really fast turn around because they were not off the peg frames. Going out of their way over sunglasses that were taking a long time. The ladies there are a hoot and very kind, too. Top marks.
