Horrible service by Polly who is the manager of framing. After putting all specifications in writing and signing off on the work, it took 2-1/2 months to complete the work. They made the frame in the wrong color and the split batton is recessed so cannot be hung. If you call to ask them to correct it, they refuse. This is the worst quality and worst customer service of any framer in London. Avoid them!

I took in a Dr Suess print and was given really good advice on frame colour and mount style to show off the paper as well as the print. I wouldn’t have come to the same conclusion left to my own choices but the chap that helped me took time to get a sense of my taste and developed an idea that was really perfect for the piece. There was no snobbery and I would feel comfortable taking in anything from fine art to fun pieces.

Mounts normally cost a fortune and the quality is variable but this place their really good value for money, museum mount quality and it includes front and backing board so your pictures are fully protected. Really good customer service too. I'll definitely be back highly recommended really good value for money no silly prices. Mine were 100 by 70 and were the best price of all those I contacted in central London and further out.
