Overall a great service, and very reasonably priced. We placed our entire home into storage whilst awaiting the completion of the purchase of our new home, without any problems. The facility is outstanding - very clean and bright and easily accessible. All the staff were very welcoming and were so helpful throughout the process, thank you! We would definitely recommend to anyone.

Downsizing we took a large unit and it was superb! We Found the staff so obliging, helpful and always a smile ( Especially Kiki!!) The lockup was clean, secure and we could come and go as often as was necessary. The Store and Secure team are awesome (never did I think I would so energetically recommend a storage company). We were moving house but had to put everything into storage. Not only did these guys give us the best quote, they were also the most helpful from start to finish (including the several calls before we had even decided we were going to go with them). Kavan in particular was a huge help. He handled our request from start to finish and made the entire process smooth and stress-free (particularly important when you're in the process of moving house). He even handled us changing our mind on storage size at the very last minute and went above and beyond to give us the best experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone!
