    Terrible attitude and behaviour. I phoned and spoke to a young girl 3 weeks ago and explained I’m comparing quotes for putting our home into storage. She gave me a quote but said they don’t have any big rooms and she’d need to to quote for 4 or 5 small rooms. She gave us a quote and said we’d need to book near to the time as things change (understandably). She was helpful but didn’t seem confident that they were equipped with enough space. I said I’d call nearer the time if I was going to use them. Since then I’ve had multiple calls a week. I’ve asked them to wait for me to call them. Today a man phoned, I politely explained that I’ll call when I’m ready and they don’t need to keep phoning me. This angered him. He said ‘a few calls a week is hardly excessive and if someone asks for a quote then they expect it to be genuine and for them to go ahead with booking.’ This makes no sense to me. A company who clearly advertise “ quotes for storage” - telling me that I’m obligated to go ahead …. Anyone in the right mind would want multiple quotes to compare for storage costs and more importantly to use a TRUSTWORTHY company when trusting them with your items. He raised his voice, constantly spoke over me, accused me of lying about having a quote from his colleague and ended the call attempting to antagonise by telling me to ‘go enjoy my day’ whilst laughing… What strange behaviour from a company . Totally put us off trusting them with our phone number, never mind everything we own.

    Good. Cheap. But please please start acting on the signs you have out up about people not leaving things. Parcels, packages and rubbish get dumped in the enterance where all the trollys should be. And the carpark never gets gritted in the winter. It is dangerous!
