Response to Loraine Sullivan review Storage solutions nw ltd have done everything to accommodate Loraine including waiting four months for payment the reason for the couple of items getting damp was that her fridge/freezer had not been defrosted fully before being stored this is not the storage company's responsibility we have tried to contact Loraine but had no response

Would never use this place again, i put all my belongings here for 5 months at £130 per month, it all came out drenched in water, family photos are ruined, wardrobes and drawers are wet through, disgusting place with an obvious leaking roof!!! FUMING
