After placing an online enquiry , they then call and told me I could visit and see the different storage options, as there is a demo unit to show all the different sizes. When we did visit , the welcome was beyond what we expected , Andy and the 2 young ladies in the office all said hello and wanted to help. With having done the online inquiry all our details were on file and we were asked if we were still looking at renting the same size, but not knowing what this looked like we were unsure . But Andy was great , he took us to see the different sizes available , and talk through all the options, cost , access and security, and even told us about mangers offers that were available, and how we would go about starting our rental, be it now or in the future. Also should you make a booking , and reserve a unit by putting down a deposit, then decide its not needed , the deposit is fully refundable . STORAGE KING ,and the staff were so welcoming , very polite , willing to help and seem to go above and beyond to help. The place itself in Amesbury , is very clean , tidy has everything you need to get things from your car to the unit itself , with different trollies and then there was a area you could even purchase packaging. Well done Andy and the staff there , because you made our visit so easy , welcoming and helpful to our needs , without being pushy or forceful. Thank you , we can't recommend STORAGE KING AMESBURY enough.

I needed storage at short notice and the team at Amsbury were really helpful. Everything explained throughly and set up quickly. Everyone there is approachable and professional. After a week I needed to move to a bigger storage room. Again it was no problem, the team sorted everything. I would 100% recommend for anyone who needs storage.

I used storage King in Australia before I moved to England sometime ago. I just wanted a bit of space to put clutter while I move house. This is brand-new.. Reasonably priced. Really simple system, great spaces, plenty of choice, Coffee and tea provided. All packing materials and boxes available to purchase on site. Andy and the team or provided perfect Customer Service. Fantastic. Highly recommended.
