From my first phone call to finally giving notice, Jade offered me good advice, making sure I chose the right size unit in the first place, to downsizing a few years later, and recently in making the final check-out super easy. The facility is beyond clean and access is 24-7. And it has been good to support a more independent business rather than a big national chain.

I lost a set of keys in the van and the Manager rang to confirm if they were mine, then very kindly posted them on to me in Devon, at their cost.
