FAQ

What is your experience in child-minding and how long have you been in business?

We have been in the child-minding business for over 5 years, with experience in caring for children of various ages and needs. Our team is composed of trained professionals who have undergone relevant certifications and have a passion for working with children.

What is your ratio of children to supervisors and how do you maintain safety and security?

We maintain a ratio of 1:3 for children aged 0-2 years old, 1:4 for children aged 2-3 years old, and 1:6 for children aged 3-8 years old. We ensure safety and security by conducting background checks on our staff, regularly reviewing our safety policies and procedures, and maintaining a secure and child-friendly environment.

What is your daily schedule and routine for the children, including meals, playtime, and napping?

Our daily schedule includes a balanced mix of indoor and outdoor activities, meals, playtime, and napping. We provide healthy meals and snacks throughout the day and ensure that children have ample time for physical activity and rest. Our routine is flexible and tailored to meet the needs of each child.

What is your policy on sick children and what measures are taken to prevent the spread of illness?

We have a strict policy on sick children, and we do not accept children who are showing signs of illness. If a child becomes ill while in our care, we isolate them and inform their parents or guardians immediately. We take measures to prevent the spread of illness by practicing good hygiene, encouraging frequent hand washing, and regularly sanitizing our equipment and facilities.

What is your pricing and payment policy, including any additional fees or requirements?

Our pricing is competitive and based on the age of the child and the number of hours they spend with us. We require payment in advance, and we accept various modes of payment, including cash, credit card, and bank transfer. We do not charge any additional fees unless the child requires specialized care or equipment.

Justy is my favourite childminder. Over the last 9years, and 3 children, I've used various childminders and nurseries and none quite like Justine. she has the patience of a Saint, is so calming for the kids, encourages all types of play and imaginative games. Not to mention outings to the parks or to feed the ducks. She always goes that extra mile, starts early and works late, even offers weekend care too. She makes sure my son eats a variety of foods, he is eating so much now ! She's also bought him out of his she'll from playing on his own to being excited to see his other little friends. The change in him in just a few months is amazing and I couldn't imagine sending him or future babies to anyone else! x
