If I could I’d give this place zero stars. I would. Receptionist was very unhelpful, unapproachable. Staff on the whole, not helpful at all. The whole Uk has relaxed covid rules. But here both parents are unable to be in the room for such a big procedure. Heard the staff being rude to nearly every person that visited. I could keep writing and stating more things but frankly don’t thing this practice would care.

This is probably the worst doctors clinic you could visit. First the staff are so utterly rude it’s a disgrace. They tell u to call up for an appointment at 8 in the morning when u do they have no appointments and tell u u should’ve came in at 8pm to get a appointment! You should have just said that in the first place. The receptionist is totally rude and deserves to work in a pizza shop or restaurant washing the dishes not working as a receptionist dealing with patients !! I’d avoid this surgery at all costs.

Awful surgery. Get paid for doing nothing, sipping tea. I called in and they said 9 people are waiting. So I drove down and guess what the receptionists are just sat there chilling. What mugs. Doctors are as worse. Establishment needs taking over 💯

Worst Surgery!!! Incompetent staff, no sympathy for the patients, I was booked in for a telephone consultation and did not receive a call. How am I supposed to see my GP as I havnt been years. This practice should be shut down!! There’s flaws in their process of getting getting a telephone consultation ( the one which I didn’t get) According to the receptionists only emergency appointment exits This should really be rated at a -1 star
