Stonewoods installed our stove just before winter hit last year. The team was great, very professional and courteous. A few issues popped up in the process and they were clear about options to move forward. Been about 6 months now, looks great and we havent had an issue but we have had some very cozy nights :)

They responded to all my questions and requests, even though I feel I was a little high maintenance :) I had a tight deadline to meet which Stonewoods went the extra mile to meet. Thank you. Aaran consulted with me from our very first meeting and advised on all the options available for my requirements. Based on recommendations we "future proofed" the fireplace if I ever want to upgrade to higher specs. The work was done on time and to a very high standard and Stonewoods traded in my old fireplace. Stonewoods brought our fireplace vision to life. Quite literally after showing them a picture of what we wanted and designing a bespoke mantel and surround. The fireplace is exactly what we wanted - it sits perfectly within the space and the installers did a fantastic job, even providing skirting around the hearth. They were incredibly professional and so brilliant; they went above and beyond. The fireplace honestly looks perfect and the team at Stonewoods and their installers did a wonderful job. We are so happy.

Great from start to finish. Initial site visit and design follow up was great with Steve, he didn't rush us, gave us loads of options and helped us make the best decision for what we wanted/needed/could afford. Then the guys who installed were brilliant too - whole thing done in a day and to a great standard (even when they had to adjust because our floor wasn't level). 100% recommend and definitely worth contacting for a first visit. The dog absolutely loves it too!
