When a charity which claims to protect the most vulnerable of society, employs and promotes staff who abuses their power, steals and vandalises the few belongings that their clients have, and need more mental help, than they can actually provide, this is a recipe for disaster. When staff steals from homeless, it is the lowest of the low.
