I was in sands about three years ago, at the moment I have been dry since...... I cannot thank the staff enough for all the help that I received....They helped sort out my benefits ,built up my self respect and gave me the tools to deal with my alcoholism. Whilst I was there I saw several people come back after relapsing and try again to succeed some have and some haven't.... Awful, pander to babies... Spent 3 months there all that happened was no jobs done and tried to force me into listening to stories of 4 + attempts at getting clean. My first attempt and only experience of this place. Maybe staff should pay more attention to little things instead of encouraging them to claim PIP....
