Just to be clear, the place is nice, but the management is not very professional and lack of customer service. The details such as check in time and facility listed in the airbnb (firepit etc) are not as described. For me a hospitality service judged by customer service, honesty and willingness to get things right when something wrong. Here’s why this establishment failed miserably and deserve one star. On positive note, the staff Josh can’t be more helpful. Such a great guy. The same thing can’be said about the management
