My football mad 10 year old asked for a football party for his upcoming birthday, after doing a fair amount of research we stumbled across this facility. The reviews were very good, so I decided to enquire. Initially I emailed, got a reply sorry that date isn’t available, ok can you advise me what dates you have? No reply, after 4 days and because we were passing we popped in to enquire. Two men on the desk look very much unbothered about being there told me that the only way to book was via email. I asked if they could check dates for availability, nope can only do it via email. Left and emailed promptly to ask for some dates, no replay, emailed again got an out of office, waited for the recipient to be back, no reply. Emailed again and got an email from Lauren, she offered two dates, I asked to book one. No answers, emailed again, no answer. Finally sent another email stating I was annoyed at the lack of response. Guess what no answer!! If they cannot book a party over their chosen method of email what kind of party would I be paying for? Emailed again to say as much. Radio silence. Have now booked a party elsewhere but thanks to the team for ruining a child’s birthday! 👌🏼
