She arrived late.went for ear dewaxing. Was told I didn't have appointment.i produced the appointment card that was given to me when making appointment. Was then told the "ear nurse" was on holiday and not known when she would be back. On exititing clinic there were no apologies offered juttold to have a nice dy. Just told to have a nice dayno definitely not going back
