Why would you repeatedly send the same size vehicle to deliver to a road with seemingly limited access (Dust carts manage fine however) and then apply additional charges to the customer and also create tension between neighbours? You also said you'd send a driver then didn't and turned up on a different day entirely seemingly without notification. Having worked in distribution for ~10 years I find some people must be culpable other than the customer. I'm just the neighbour.
