Currently in dispute with this company, who failed to provide notice of dispatch or tracking information despite paying £20 for delivery, which was subsequently missed due to not being told it had even left the shop, let alone it would be delivered. I wasn’t even told it would be delivered by Royal Mail - the shop Owen we expects customers to be psychic it seems, and when they fail to get a product deliver on time they make out like I should have not left the house from the moment I pressed buy to whenever it arrived. It’s currently 9 days passed the expected delivery date. It’s advertised as Saturday and tracked on their website, but as a result missed the party. Incredibly poor service and dismissive of customer concerns.

Hired a Army officer outfit from Mad Hatters recently, after looking at all the rubbish on other sites, and also found that cost was not much different, but the quality and the fit was perfect. I called them, told them what I needed, they took my measurements, and sent it too me. They also made arrangements for the return of the outfit.
