I purchased a Volvo XC40 from Martin. When it arrived, I called up to question why it didn’t have some of the features I was promised and he denied ever saying it and said he couldn’t help further. He also advised I’d get “40ish MPG” and after 3 years of driving it, I have an average of 28.5mpg. Had I known any of this, I wouldn’t have bought it, which is of course why I was misadvised, to get the sale. I’d recommend asking for everything in writing at point of sale, because I can’t imagine I’m the only one. I certainly won’t buy another vehicle from them.
